The "API-TDS-1" is a tube-type TDS unit designed to perform thermal desorption gas analysis (TDS: Thermal Desorption Spectroscopy) when connected to our highly sensitive gas analysis device, the "FLEX-MS400." Samples are inserted into a quartz heating tube, and heating analysis is conducted while flowing high-purity gas.
